Sterling Beds Ltd is fully registered under the UK Waste Licensing Regulations. We believe in doing things properly and in the most responsible way possible for the environment.

We offer a professional recycling service for customers’ old mattresses, divan bases, bed frames, and headboards. All items are collected and processed by licensed and reputable waste recycling companies, ensuring they do not end up in landfill or unlawful tipping situations. Please note that this service is only available to customers purchasing a new mattress or bed at the same time.

Recycling centres use dedicated specialist teams who carefully dismantle bedroom furniture, responsibly recycling materials such as metal, foam, wood, and fabric.

As professional recycling companies charge for this service, we apply a small and transparent fee to cover the cost, which is passed on to the customer.

For hygiene and safety reasons, our delivery team are not permitted to remove certain items. Please ensure all items are suitable and accessible for collection at the time of delivery.
