FREE DELIVERY & FREE ASSEMBLY

We are pleased to offer FREE local delivery and FREE assembly on all orders over £100 within our local delivery area. There are no hidden charges for setup – everything is included as part of our service.

LOCAL DELIVERY SERVICE

We provide free local delivery throughout Portsmouth and surrounding areas, including Fareham, Havant, Waterlooville, and nearby locations.

Your order will be delivered by our professional two-person delivery team, who will:

• Deliver your items safely into your home  

• Place them in the room of your choice  

• Assemble and set everything up correctly  

• Remove packaging where appropriate  

• Ensure your bed or furniture is ready to use  

ONE-HOUR DELIVERY TIME SLOTS

To help you plan your day with confidence, we operate on pre-arranged one-hour delivery time slots. Once your goods are ready for delivery, our team will contact you to agree a convenient delivery date and confirm a one-hour arrival window, so you know exactly when to expect us.

INSTALLATION & SETUP

For beds, adjustable beds, divan bases, and headboards, our delivery team will:

• Assemble and install your bed or base  

• Fit headboards where applicable  

• Check everything is level, secure, and working correctly  

• Demonstrate any adjustable features if required  

This means you can enjoy your new bed immediately, without any effort or additional cost.

REMOVAL & DISPOSAL OF OLD BEDS

If required, we can remove and responsibly dispose of your existing bed for a small additional charge. Sterling Beds holds a legitimate business waste licence, which is required by law for bed disposal.

DELIVERY AREAS & POSTCODES

Our free local delivery service covers many PO, SO and GU postcode areas. If you are unsure whether your address is included, or if you are outside the local delivery area, please contact us and we will be happy to advise.
