Really friendly, helpful, professional service in the shop at Farlington. I returned several times before making up my mind and was given help when I needed it but also left quietly to browse. I never felt rushed or pressured into buying. I’m so pleased with my new bed and mattress, which are good quality and good value. My old bed frame and mattress were disposed of as part of the order. The delivery team were efficient and friendly and everything went well. My bed and mattress arrived undamaged and on time. I am very happy with every aspect of my experience at Sterling Beds and would definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank you very much from a very satisfied customer.

Very helpful sales lady, knowledgeable and gave us time to try different beds. Brought a complete bed and headboard on the day. Delivered two weeks later for free, great tracking system, assembled swiftly by nice delivery men. Will definitely recommend 👌

Purchasing from Sterling beds was a great decision. I’m extremely happy with my new bed. Kate was a brilliant sales person, (no high pressure sales) just helpfulness, patience and advice and no ridiculous upselling. It was delivered on time with excellent communication of when the delivery would be and two delivery guys were really helpful, putting everything in place and taking away old and all packaging. I would recommend Sterling Bed’s Ltd to anyone.
